Starcana is an amazing astrologer and a great lady altogether. I was so excited when she agreed to be one of my Tarot Lab Rats. She’s an intuitive reader and is really straightforward and fun to talk to. Her reading is a good example of why I don’t time my readings. It seems that the better they are, the shorter they are. Starcana’s reading was really damn short.
The first card was the Hermit. She’s busy as hell. She’s catching up on her job, and recovering from a bunch of explosions that happened in her life this winter. Her work has changed – it’s less clinical and more heart. This goes for all of her work. For her reading, her writing, her day job and her creative side – everything seems to have turned to color. Her writing alone has doubled, but instead of wearing her out, it’s invigorated her.
The Strength card comes up next. I asked her if there was a sickness or a scare that motivated her recently, because she has
started for the first time to take care of herself the same way she’s always taken care of other people. She’s stronger and more confident, and she’s not scared of pretty much anything. She’s not creating walls anymore and is open to new experiences, new people, or new ways to express herself. In other words, she’s got this shit.
The last cards speaks to Starcana’s new attitude. The Fool. She’s jumping. She doesn’t know where she’s going to land just yet, but she’s jumping and it’s amazing. She’s not sure where she’s going to land, but at least she’s moving. The new attitude is called “Fuck it.”, and she’s embraced it with both hands. All is well with Ms. Starcana. And the world is a better place because of it.
